When we put it on, it was a snug fit, but I believe that's exactly how it supposed to be! Helpful fix to get our dryer working after a day of going without.

Got the kit quickly, just a couple of days. Waited a week to install. Belt was correct length. Tension roller looked different than original, but seems to work fine. Rollers were easy to install, the difficult part was disassembling the dryer. With the help of a youtube video, my wife and I finally got it apart. I don't know how long the support rollers will last but they looked just like the originals. Saved a lot of money!

Dryer is quiet again! 🥹

The wheels are sturdy and feel like the are reliable for the application. The rubber band lasted for about 3 weeks of daily use. Unsure if it is the quality of the band or user inexperience in placement of band on drum. This was a DIY project with zero experience on working on Dryers. Followed Youtube video instructions and was a simple fix, however, time consuming due to the need tear down some pieces to gain an unobstructed view and path. The band was ripped to shreds as if it was grinding on some other component. Luckily I kept the old one as back up. I would buy this again , for the wheels and clips , look else where for the band.

The pully in the original Kenmore Elite unit after 16 years cracked under pressure and needed to be replaced. I wish they would make them more durable. The other parts look like they where about to kick the bucket also. The whole drum unit stopped spinning completely. This is the first time I've ever opened up a failed dryer. Thank God for YouTube. Replaced parts provided very easily and quickly. Everything fit perfectly into place(WD40) and did not take long at all to install. HELPFUL HINT: I first thought the belt wasn't the size I needed. Remember or find out(YouTube) how the belt gets looped around. I had to keep watching that part of the video over and over again to finally get it fit in properly. ANOTHER HELPFUL HINT: Your Dryer will last longer, especially on a front loader if you don't put to many items on top of the unit. This causes pressure on the drum quicken the wear down process. It probably could of lasted 25 years!Easy Peazy!

Opened the package and found that all the wheels were stiff and difficult to install on shaft and belt was too large for the dryer. I checked my model number before ordering and it was listed as compaibiltle.

Our dryer was sounding more like a rock polisher until I installed the drum support rollers from this kit and it sounds like new again. I couldn't use the belt tension roller since the one in our dryer couldn't be removed from its bracket without drilling out the axle and I didn't feel like making the effort since it was still working. The belt in the kit was a little narrower than what was on our dryer so I didn't replace it either but it probably would have worked. The kit came with four rollers so we have enough to do it again if needed.

The belt only lasted a few months and was very tight to put on. I think it was a bit too small and that's why it didn't last.
