I did some limited research of collagen blends, and chose this MARINE Collagen Peptide because it contains wild caught marine fats - better for my personal overall health than bovine or grass fed collagens according to most of my research for the benefits I wanted to receive. I started taking these, about 2 a day instead of the recommended 4, and noticed a few days later cystic acne on both my chin and cheek.
