What a very nice looking faucet! On the website. Then you get it and realize it's plastic!I will NEVER buy another Delta. I have 2 more bathrooms to remodel and I will not pay $300 for plastic.Then when I get everything in (which was very fast thank you Amazon) the hand held section is chrome so it doesn't match the rest of the faucet.I spent 50 minutes on the phone with very nice customer representatives and they sent the correct hand held. I think. It was shipped through UPS Surepost that is delivered to the post office then delivered to the final destination. That was Tuesday and today is Friday and still no final delivery.Don't go cheap when replacing your screwup. You could have spent a few more bucks and had UPS deliver it to me days earlier.Don't buy this unless you're looking for an expensive, cheap product.

This is a 1.75 gal per min shower. If you want a 2.5 gal per min, this is not it. I bought it thinking it was but when I got it and looked at the shower head it said 1.75 gal per min. I wish the description of the item would say that, but whatever. Also the symbols on the shower valve cover were invisible! What in the world? I thought I was sent an used item at first 😂😂 but it looks like that is the way they are made. I don't like that at all. I like to see indication drawings that tell you when hot or cold or more or less water, etc. Also the piece for the tub, i didn't like it. It looks cheap. I was surprised because this is a very well known good brand. So I returned it.Very good customer service and like i said it is a good product but a little pricy compared to other products available. Do your research before you buy. I was looking for a black matte color but unfortunately companies are stuck on stupid with the brushed nickel and brown and chrome. You cannot even find the gold and chrome together anymore, such a shame. Well, good luck.

I thought shower components were supposed to be metal. Guess I was wrong. This setup is not good. If I were not stuck with the contractor coming to install and can't get a replacement fast enough I would have returned this. The part where the hand held clips into the other showerhead is unbelievably hard to work. If we installed that it would have ripped the thing off the wall - it is that hard to remove and replace. The valve trim handle is metal on the large handle but plastic on the other - why can't they make both pieces out of metal? How long is this going to last before the plastic fades or gets scratched? The worst part is the tub filler part. That is 100% plastic. It looks like finger prints will stick to it a lot. It is hard to wipe off the fingerprints. Time will tell if we replace that. We already bought another showerhead with handle to replace this one. We are stuck because we thought for the price it would be a quality part. The only reason we didn't return it is we need the valve and thought the idea of being able to switch out the trim at a later date was a great idea. Hopefully we don't regret this later.

The media could not be loaded.  I originally ordered this from Lowes but it was going to take three weeks to get to me. I cancelled and found it on here for a little bit cheaper and quicker delivery. It’s beautiful and modern. I love the black.

The media could not be loaded.  The removable shower head isn't very secure, the temperature gauge doesn't sit flush which will allow water to go inside the handle. The water doesn't turn on unless the handle is on the highest position. We had it professionally installed.

It looks nice, the head/faucet/handle are all plastic. Faucet had a small dent in the square backside piece that goes against the shower wall. Also, water pressure seems less than our old one- I saw there is restrictors in it- we will have to look for them and see if pressure gets better. On/off handle moves when you move the temperature one, so you have to hold the on/off to control the water- in my case. Maybe needs broken in? I was expecting way better quality for the brand and the price. Also, could be our error but the hot/cold is backwards? We're not completely done, we couldn't figure out what the issue was with that. Shower detach works well and they must have re-done the arm as it's not stiff like some reviews say. Works well so far as in no leaks or anything, has only been used twice. Just expected better, hope it holds up.

I have not installed it yet and do not plan to install it, I will return it immediately without testing it, the description says that the material is metallic, really? 90% is plastic! I'm very disappointed!Also, the bags where the separate pieces are were previously opened and broken, it definitely looks like this was previously returned by someone else.

Delta has sent me 2 tub spouts and neither diverter works. They're customer service has been terrible and I still don't have a descent diverter. The plumber is coming back to put a different spout on until I can get thru to Delta. This tub spout has a 1" thread where all the other spouts have 1/2 or 3/4" thread. Why did Delta go to the larger thread? I can't go and buy another spout because of the thread size.

We had previously delta 17 series in satin brushed aluminum which where 14 years old. The plumber we had working for us said if you can find Delta 17 series it’s the easiest change. Went to a plumbing supply shop and they where 3-5 weeks delivery for same thing and roughly the same price. We got two from Amazon (had two in the house to do) in 3-5 days. Very pleased and the plumber was also since it was brand name quality and he didn’t have to change out the value. Much time and cost saving

Great budget shower for a budget reno but a warning that the shower arm is very long so it doesn't work for a smaller shower like a 36 x 36. I bought a short 3" ceiling arm and it worked much better.

I understand that we're in the middle of a pandemic...but the price I paid because every store was out of product (no kidding the sales rep told me my only option was Amazon)...was astronomical!!! No value for that price! I've since seen the same model for half the price I paid!

The shower itself looks good but as other reviewers have said, it's plastic and the showerhead detaches easily. What bugs me the most is that the Cold/Hot water red and blue dots are reversed. We'll get used to it but we'll have to remember to tell every single person outside our family that uses the shower. The alternative is to get the lines switched in the basement. It's not world-ending but it's a bummer when I spent a lot of money to renovate my bathroom.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.My package was shipped with hardly any wrapping on any parts. Looks to be opened.As other comments mention this is metal. THAT IS INCORRECT IT IS ALL PLASTIC AND VERY CHEAP.
