These are excellent -- even if you don't have a T-track.I simply drilled a bunch of holes 1/2" in the 3/4" MDF table top of my workbench, and have them spaced so I can hold down various sized materials. I did this on two of the sides of my bench so that I can work at different areas of the table so I have access to different tools etc.I purchased two of them, so I can currently only use them on one piece at a time, and that being fairly small pieces.Bear in mind, these are the small version of Rockler's hold-down clamps, and thus will only be good for pieces that aren't enormous (although the clamping pressure they produce is substantial, so they will actually hold more than I anticipated when I first unpacked them.)Since my MDF top is 3/4 inch, I can get clearance up to about 2", but clamping pressure and security is best when the piece isn't much thicker than an inch.

Exactly what I expected and the price was very good for two. I changed the t-bolt to 1/4" to match my drill press table and everything works great. These clamps are much easier and quicker to use than conventional clamps.

These are nice little clamps. Very well designed, I bought them for clamping work down on my drill press. They work great, clamp parts tight, not afraid my work is gonna get away from me with these.

Great little clamps! Only issue I have (but is my problem, not that of the part, hence I'm not deducting a star) is that this does use the same bolts as the larger brethren. I thought this would have smaller bolts so I could use it on a smaller slotted table, but that's not the case so I personally have to replace the screws/knobs for my particular use. But the clamp itself is great! Very rigid and I love the rubber ends that not only stop the piece from slipping, but also protects the surfaces better too.

These are awesome. I am using them for my CNC. I ended up buying a ton of them I like them so much.A couple of the reviews said to skip the small ones and just go for the normal size clamps, but for my CNC I love these teeny ones.This is the kind of product I love. It brings me joy to have something this functional, affordable, and it is a real problem solver. Buy them!!!

These clamps are just what I was looking for. I have a mini drill press for a rotary tool. It has slots for clamps OK but the manufacturer does not supply any clamps with it (they should) and it doesn't even look like the manufacturer even carries suitable clamps. Clamps for full-size drill presses are way too big, even 6 inch ones are too big as they won't clear the surface where the mini drill press sits. I looked on line for instructions on making my own clamps...some looked OK but others looked like cockamamie ideas. Then there was the problem of finding suitable hardware and fashioning my own clamps from it. When I came across these, it was like an answer to a prayer. I've used them already and they hold really well with the knobs and rubber tips. My wife broke her small, hand-held garden shovel last week and the clamps held perfectly as I drilled through the handle and the metal shaft inside the handle to attach a couple of screws and repair it. Absolutely got to give these 5 stars even though I changed out the bolt for 1/4". I use them daily on my cnc table and they are fantastic. They are pretty quick to set up, the rubber tips keep the work from being marred, and they have surprised me with the grip as I've used only one to hold down small work that didn't have enough space for two. No movement under high cutting forces.

Bolt end was a little bit large for my t track but nothing my grinder couldn't handle.
