This product looks great, is super easy to install, and gets amazing water pressure. Over a year later we had a issue with the showerhead and they were super responsive. I would highly recommend!

I purchased this shower in 2021 and placed it in an outdoor shower and experienced a problem with the body valve. I did not fully drain it for winter and the valve froze and split. I contacted the company and their Customer Service Dept helped me with a replacement valve that was very affordable and they followed up through shipping and delivery to make sure it corrected the problem. So I have had the shower in place for almost 2 1/2 years and still very happy with performance and have now experienced excellent customer service

This is a great outdoor shower that I've had for a while. During a cold snap a part froze and split. They replaced the part quickly and it's back up and working. They responded very quickly. I recommend this if you need an outdoor shower.

For the price, this is a great outdoor shower. It did not hold up well to the winter months and unfortunately, even though I had a shut off valve to winterize it, it developed a leak. I’m giving them five stars because they held up to their end of the bargain, and supported their product . They were very diligent and provided me with a replacement part. I now have a working shower again. On a sidenote, if you were going to experience any freezing temperatures, I would highly recommend removing the valve completely or removing the body that might hold water through the winter months.

The media could not be loaded. There are many reviews, which I read, describing a lot of issues people have had with this shower. Please read them and pay attention before you make the same mistake! I liked the look of the shower so I bought it anyway and its been endless headache since.I paid a contractor to take apart my wall to install this shower. Within days the shower was spraying water everywhere. The seller quickly sent me a replacement which worked fine for just a couple months before starting to leak itself.Now the vendor wants me to disassemble the entire valve to check changes (basically they are saying they will not send me another valve, but want me to pretend I'm a plumber to diagnose a faulty valve). They actually sent me a video explaining how to disassemble the (brand new) shower to look for problems!Cannot express how frustrating this is after having so many issues. The cost has been through the roof paying my guy to come back to reinstall and troubleshoot multiple times.Please, PLEASE, read the reviews and buy a quality, name-brand faucet instead. I'm about to put good money after bad to get this thing removed and a quality shower installed.
