Machine works but damaged
Package arrived. Box was in good condition, yet the machine arrived and rubber wheel was hanging off due to wheel all being damaged.Messaged for a new wheel, they replied they will solve something and last I have heard. Can't email them back as they closed it down.So I don't what they doing with it but I hope to be getting a new wheel soon.Other than that. Machine runs great and as expected. Just rubbish customer service.

Happy but better instructions needed
Pleased but would like better instructions as not very clear on which is forward and what is reverse. I also found the tools to attach to the spring don’t attaché to the spring correctly as they appear to be to wide.
