I AM A REAL PERSON NOT SOMEBODY WORKING FOR A COMPANY WRITE ME I WILL RESPOND. I have used this product for years and yes they do ware out in 5 or 10 years however one with everyday use still feel good with age. We purchased three (3) more sets. Why spend more money for a less quality product?

I was glad to find these online. The last pair I had came directly from a doctor's office, and when I lost them, I wasn't sure how I'd get replacements. I've put this set into a pair of walking shoes, and they effectively protect all parts of my heels, first by cushioning and then by raising my feet so the backs of my shoes are not cutting into my Achilles tendon. These are really a foot-saver. That said, they are fraying a bit at the edges, and I don't think they will have quite the forever-power of the first pair (which I had for decades before stupidly losing them). They do the job, and for the price, if I find I need to replace them, I will!

They’re not terrible, but not good, either. After using them for a week, they’re about to fall apart. Very difficult to get your foot in your shoe without these rolling up on themselves. They’re very tacky, so once they’ve rolled up on themselves it’s almost impossible to get them unrolled unless you take your shoe off.

They felt good the first couple of days, then they went flat like pancakes and my heels started hurting again, I had to flip them over to try and get some cushion, looking for something better now!

Lost one of my inserts while on a trip. Needed to replace it. Found these on Amazon and they do the trick. Great purchase.

They are soft and comfy and stick if you have the right foot size. My foot didn’t quite fit good and I Couldn’t wear them in house slippers since they kept sliding off. They were too thick & slid around so couldn’t wear socks over them either. Only works in a tennis shoe. Too complicated so had to return

I didn't know that anybody made heel cups and I checked Amazon and they had several types. These work good since they are tall enough to keep healing cream in the cup and NOT in your shoe. If you have cracked dry heels, these work great.

My husband has been suffering from severe plantar fasciitis and is on his feet for 15+ hours a day for work, I have tried so many different insoles, pads, pain relievers trying to give him some relief. These cups were the best purchase to date, he was able to work all day with much less pain than usual and he won't go a day without them now.
