Delicious!
Wow! Your products are incredible! I was getting bored of doing keto but now that I discovered LC products I'm motivated to keep going. The tempura batter is delicious and flavorful and a great alternative to those on keto who are tired of using ground up pork rinds to coat their chicken!

Pricey, but a great keto alternative to tempura
Love this low-carb tempura batter. It can be used to fry vegetables or for wherever you need breading. The texture and taste are pretty close to the real thing. The only thing is the price. The bag says it can coat 200 pieces, but only if you have small pieces of veggies or meat. Definitely have to try their pizza and calzone mix.

Disappointed
I've been on a low carb diet on and off for years and have recently been working very hard to stay on one. But I was craving one of my all time favorite dishes, shrimp tempura. So when I saw this, I was so excited and ordered it immediately. I have had several different types of tempura in the past so I wasn't sure what to expect from this one but the pictures looked interesting. I was a little disappointed at the amount I had to make since I was just doing a little for me, but considering that the package calls for 1 egg, it's hard to cut that down. These fried up ok, but not as pretty as the picture that's for sure. I may have cooked them a tad long but since it was shrimp, I didn't want to take the chance that it wasn't done. At first, the batter seemed ok but the texture was off. By the third shrimp, I found myself peeling the doughy batter off because the taste was no longer appealing. I will try this again because I have to get rid of it, but I will probably do it on something like sliced zucchini and not ruin anymore shrimp.
