I'm not sure , but it does seem that a leather couch might be too slippery for it stay put. It would probably fit but it is very stretchy and it might not stay tight.

Q: Wondering about the durability of this cover - Anyone using this for over a year without problems?

Very good durability. That said, we have one 11 year old golden retriever that spends 12+ hours a day on one couch. Over time (about 18 months), a small hole or two appeared on that sofa cover because of his nails. The other 2 sofa covers are still perfect (we have a total of 3 dogs and the other 2 dogs don't spend as much time on couches as the older golden).
