Good product
We priced several, but this product is the strongest & made well. Fits scaffolding from Northern Tool, but less expensive than their wheels.

Great buy!
These wheels are great on my scaffold. Rolls great on concrete and very good on the dirt floor of my shed. They have saved me a lot of time being able to easily move my scaffold.

Buy a better set for safety
The wheel brakes do not hold well and are hard to lock and unlock then other wheels we have used.

Shopped around - best value
Needed some solid tires for scaffolding. Shop around and these are just hard to beat. Great wheels and axles. Breaks work as they should

For the price, great value but would NOT trust this for a commercial construction job.
Updated Review Dec2022: REVISED DOWN TO 3 STARS BECAUSE OF THE SLOWLY FAILING BRAKING PLATE/MECHANISM. This "Powerful Brake" stated in the product description...is no longer so powerful. The braking plate that the lever pushes against to engage the braking force against the wheel is relatively soft - the plate is slowly bending. Hence, when I push down on the lever to far, the lever goes past the point of pushing the braking plate against the wheel and releases the brake completely. (This is the original design concept and IT IS A GOOD IDEA, but somewhat poor material choice makes it not so great.) Since the brake can be released on both the up and down movement of the lever, if you push the lever down or up just a tad too much, the brake releases, and you have to try again. So now, because the braking plate is slowly losing its effectiveness, it takes a LOT MORE FUTZING AROUND with the lever to engage the braking plate just right against the wheel. At some point, I will have to bend the braking plate BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL SHAPE. AGAIN, I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS BRAKE FOR COMMERICAL JOBS, BECAUSE YOUR WORK TEAM ISN'T GOING TO CATCH THIS POTENTIAL PROBLEM BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS. RECOMMEND ALSO PLACING BLOCKS AGAINST 2 OR MORE WHEELS, IN ADDITION TO USING THE BRAKES ON ALL 4 WHEELS. Other than that, the wheels appear to support a substantial weight/load, and glide freely wherever the scaffold is directed.Original Review (Nov 2022): Could've been 5 stars if the braking mechanism was designed to latched solidly. One has to manually fidget with placement of the lever/handle just in the right way so the brake plate presses against the wheel. But this isn't as solid as expected or should be. Also, the brake plate seems to bend somewhat over time, so that it doesn't press against the wheel as much in later uses. Bottom line - it works good, but I'm hesitant to leave in the brake position for too long as it "might wear out" (on major construction jobs, this isn’t an option), and time will tell if the brake works good over years of use. When all 4 wheel brakes are engaged, it's of course solid. As for load capacity, the wheels easily handle loads I expect to encounter (1000-1200lbs overall, 300lbs per wheel). So for me, this works great for small construction jobs. Great value for the money.Scaffold used on: Brand "Scaffolding Today". Part# 110756. Heavy-duty 5' x 6'-6" T Walk-thru Frame W-Style.
