Easy installation
It was a suitable replacement.Well made, easy to install.I can use it with all 3 sink bowls in my restaurant kitchen, no any splash.Great water flow,easy to swivel it where you need. Best quality add on spout.

Don't swivel it or it will leak
Junk. I have two commercial sinks with 12" spouts and wanted a 14". Won't leak as long as you don't touch it, as in don't swivel it, don't even look at it wrong or it will leak. Doesn't matter how snug or loose I get it. I put it on and tightened a full turn past hand tight and as long as you don't use it to swivel you will be fine. I unfortunately need to use it for it's intended purpose. The stem sits loosely in the faucet body and the two gaskets don't seal properly. Going to return it.

O-rings were cut
When I opened up the bubble wrap and noticed the upper rubber O-ring and the plastic swivel ring was broken( cut). I ordered a replacement so i will update my review when I get a new one.
