Absolutely love this vest! It is super comfortable and soft material. I love the removable phone case! I got a 6lb and its a great starting point! I wear it walking and while running around cleaning my house! :) this is a must have!

I get a very good workout using my vest. The vest is well made. I can foresee using this for month or years. I purchased the 20lb vest.

I ordered the 12lb,,very easy to use, the weight is distributed evenly, however the only problem I experienced with the vest being the first one I ever wore, is that it's not comfortable. The secure straps that are supposed on the chest move up, the first one to the collar bone which not comfortable at all, probably because it's a little big. With they made them in sizes. That's why I gave it 4star and forvthat reason I'll return it

I was worried this wouldn't fit across my chest as I am heavier chested. However, the straps are very adjustable. Very comfortable. Went out on my walk. Between the shoulder straps and the back. It is quite stretchy which enabled me to not feel so constricted. Definitely got my heart rate up out on a walk and I would highly recommend

This thing is great! It takes my walks to a workout! And I notived an improvement in my posture after the first use!

Actually this is a really nice vest, i am small 5'2 110lbs. I like that the back side has a stretchy tie and that u can make the vest for custom sized -- i will admit that it does make me a little nervous that it might snap but thats just my own fear lol. I ordered the 12 lbs size which is a little heavier then what is recommended but i actually wish i went with a heavier then 12 lbs vest. My only compliant was the product being shipped, but otherwise all in all this is a good product.
