This is the best gluten free pasta I’ve tried. My best friend has celiac and I used this for homemade macaroni and cheese and this has a sturdiness most gluten free pastas don’t. Usually it turns to mush but even though my recipe had a long cook time, the texture stayed really good. Over all good value for the price.

Although I had some reservations about trying Veggie Craft elbow pasta, given my previous lackluster experiences with gluten-free pasta alternatives, I was pleased to find that it exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed it even more after adding freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano, butter, pasta water, salt, and pepper to taste. A notable advantage of this elbow pasta is its outstanding nutritional profile, which includes 24g of protein, 8g of fiber, and 55g of net carbs. Additionally, it is vegan, non-GMO, low in carbs, and gluten-free. Arrived with packaged crushed…macaroni laying in bottom of bag. Expensive! Damaged! Returns not accepted! Furious!

I am gluten free so always looking for good options. These were nice and hearty more like a whole wheat pasta. I liked that it had protein and fiber which is usually lacking in gluten free. I made mine with tomato sauce and cheese. It turned out very tasty.
