Designed to Accommodate 1/4" and 5/16" (6 and 8 mm) Glass Thickness The Ideal Clamp for Use on Mezzanines, Partitions, Railings and Windbreaks Steel Pin Available for Additional Glass Support This CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp is designed to be used on glass thickness of 1/4 to 5/16 inch (6 to 8 millimeter). Constructed from either zinc or stainless steel, the clamps are the perfect solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and countless other projects. Color: Brass Width: 2-1/8 in (54 mm) Height: 2-1/8 in (54 mm) Minimum Order: 1 Each Additional Product Information: For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8 inch), use CRL ZBOLT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 1/2 inch (12 millimeter) hole, insert the riv-nut, align the clamp with the bolt and drilled hole and start threading the bolt into the nut which results in compressing the nut. 1/2 inch (12 millimeter) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support. SPECIFICATIONS Glass Thickness: 1/4 or 5/16 inch (6 or 8 millimeter) glass Base Design: Flat For Use With: Square tubing or other flat surfaces Material: Choice of Zinc Constructed or Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel or Powder Coated Painted Zinc Clamps are suggested for more durability in exterior applications For 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8 inch (6, 8 and 10 millimeter) glass, a 1/2 inch (12 millimeter) hole is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support. Includes: Rubber kets, Grommet and Steel Pin (for optional use)
