I've been taking this and the other bovine collagen peptides from Sports Research for several months. I originally just used the Bovine, but decided to add the multi for my aging skin. I have to say that it was a great addition. I have seen benefits in my skin, hair and nails. Prior to using any collagen, my hair was thinning terribly and my nails were always brittle or peeling due to my autoimmune conditions. I can truly say that adding the multi really has helped. In fact, I tested it and quit for a few weeks and tried another multi from a decent brand that ran a special discount. It was a mistake :(. This one works for me, so I added it back to my routine.

Delivered very fast. Just as I expected it should be. Great product makes my joints move better.

Flavorless and Mostly dissolves, but leaves a sandy grit at the bottom of the cup making my last sip of coffee a struggle. I haven’t seen any benefits yet but I mainly use it for a protein boost since most unflavored protein powders don’t dissolve at all in hot beverages. I like to add it to my coffee. I bought because it has type 2 collagen which is a struggle to find.

Menopause sucks! My skin has changed and my hair is thinning. I've tried a few collagen creamers / peptides which also had "added" protein, but Sports Research Multi Collagen Powder won in the end. This powder dissolves easily and has very little aftertaste. Since it has no "added" protein or flavors, it's also low in calories and carbs. I've read that multi collagen is best especially when it includes all five types, not just one or two. This powder also contains hyaluronic acid which helps with healthy joints, which is an added benefit because along with menopause, comes arthritis! I add one scoop to my morning coffee along with some stevia and cream. Wish it wasn't so expensive but as they say, you get what you pay for. I'll update my review in a year or so if progress with my hair and skin is unaffected, but I hope for the best! 🙏

I just got this today, so I can't speak to the effects yet. I incorporated it into my coffee and I can't taste or smell it. (I feel like that's a big deal because I can smell things most people don't pick up on.) Smell/flavor is one of the biggest deterrents to me using a product, so I'm super excited about it.If you're on the fence, spend the money and give it a try.
