Keeps my game cool and the battery packs last long works great would recommend to family and friends

This is one of the things I got my hubby for Christmas and he loved it. This is a great organizer, but also having a cat we were worried about him knocking it over. Alas it hasn’t happened so this has proven sturdy enough. It also charges his controllers in a timely manner. Overall, a great buy.

I have two types of controllers-(2) model #1697's, (2) model # 1708's. Will charge with the batteries in the 1697's, but NOT the 1708's. Tried swapping the batteries around-no luck, just won't charge when in the 1708's. Can't speak to any other models. Also can't really judge the battery life, I don't really use the 1697's. The fans are a little louder than I thought, but seem to cool okay. None of the charger/stands I've seen on Amazon appear to have enough intake surface area for the fans-I tried this one first (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QF5JQM5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) by KingTop; it only has FIVE TINY HOLES for intake of air. (It also had batteries that wouldn't stay in-the tabs were already broken off the batteries. It overall was very cheaply made, and I returned it) I'm in HVAC; I understand airflow, and I can tell you that the KingTop doesn't have nearly enough. Since it seems, like many items here on Amazon, to be sold under various names, I decided to try one that looked completely different, and I'm glad I did. While I wish this ElecGear model had even more intake surface area, it has much, much more than the KingTop. This one also has a better scheme for contact with the battery charger; it would be fantastic if it worked with the 1708 controllers. Is it still kinda cheaply made? Yes, but unlike others, I don't expect gold plating for the price. I'll have to see how it does over the long run, but overall, I think it's a pretty good deal. If it worked with the other controllers I would've given it 5 stars.

BATTERIES DONT FIT CONTROLLERS. OTHER THAN THAT, EASY INSTALL

I purchased this just for the space and the cooling fans. It looks good and the fans work fine,even forgetting to turn the fans off overnight. I did not want to lose a 3.0 usb and I can use a 5v adapter to plug in a cord is not attached to the stand,yet another reason why I purchased this particular stand. The xbox game cases do not fit tightly into the slot(just short of fitting 2). Xbox360 cases are not a snug fit,but all cases will not fall over. I did not get this for the battery packs,one of the packs will not charge no matter what I do.

It looks really nice fits my set up perfectly my only problem it doesn't fit xbox one games that well but ps4 game fit perfectly for some reason

The only thing I dislike about this is that it only comes with micro USB tips and no USB-C tips. We only have one xbox one s controller, the others are new and take USB-C chargers.
