No after taste many health benefits

A hard to find item at the major drugstore chains and highly recommended by my Doctor

This is probably one of the best Omega-3's you can find in the market. Thankfully, after taking it daily for a few months, I have not experienced any strange side effects, such as diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach, etc. I generally will take it after eating breakfast and that's worked well for me. It's a reasonable size and I'll drink about a glass of water when I take it. I have noticed some improvements in my mood and energy levels, so in that sense, you could argue it's effective. Also, it doesn't have too much of a "fishy" taste as some other Omega-3 pills I have taken.

The ky thing is the after burp....bot so good, byt the vitamin itself packs a big punch!

Carlson's fish oil omega 3 supplement is an excellent product and one of the very few that has gel capsules made with beef and not pork gelatin, which is absolutely vital for me. I have used it for years and would highly recommend it to others.

I like that these do not repeat on me , no fishy aftertaste.
