Great Flavors!
I run one marathon a year and several half-marathons. I use Gu for fuel, and this flavor combo is my favorite. Especially love birthday cake and sâmores.

Small enough to fit in my running belt pouch and still provide a get amount of energy. Bring at least 2 on your run.

My favorite race fuel.
I am a long distance runner and I have found these to be the most reliable gels. I donât want a bunch of caffeine and I donât want flavors that are sickly sweet. These work well and have never upset my stomach. Very easy to open and stick the wrapper back in my pocket. I also donât feel like theyâre that sticky as some gels can be.

Gross but works
Just know going in these do not taste good at all but they work. Need an extra kick? Donât think just do. Caffeine is not allowed during my sonâs races and the non caffeinated flavors are a great alternative to give him a little something to keep going. The caffeinated flavors really give a boost, so much so that he gets upset when he sees other racers using these and basically cheating.
