Good customer service
Been using this very light use for less than a week. Now stopped working all together and as we bought it before we actually needed it we cant send it back. Avoid. Spend a bit more and buy a decent brand

Great value
Bought for a loft conversion and was used to lift materials including steels over 200kg each to roof hight. Only negative was it is not ip rated waterproof ( though easy to take down when not in use) but hey, for the money its a great deal and finished the job.

Arrived with missing bolts and bracket .
No bolts. No brackets. Making this unusable. No contact number to ask for the parts to be sent.
