Inadequate packaging
Items was as advertised. Good looking product. However, packaging left a lot to be desired. Item came in bent and out of shape. Should have had sturdy cardboard in shipping envelope.

Description --- the wood it the stick.The words are cheap paperish material not a firm acrylic. I could have made my own on my Cricut had I known it was paper but now don't have time.
