I've used a few under water phone protectors and this one favorite. Made very well and sturdy and extremely easy to use under water.

I found it difficult to activate the touch screen. The button to take the actual picture does not always work. There are no instructions anywhere for attaching the para cord. I could not push it through the openings. But this IS waterproof!

So, it performs one function perfectly. I even took it to 20m on my third attempt to make it work and it kept the water out flawlessly. However, good luck getting it to actually take a photo.I tried 4 times.The first time I just opened the camera app and descended and I guess I took too long because it was a black screen by the time I tried to use it - I thought okay, user error, let's give it another shot. The second time I looked at it the whole time -- as soon as I started to descend, the screen started flipping through all kinds of apps. Like the pressure was causing the touch screen to activate, but not respond to my touch of course. So I watched helplessly as it cycled through gmail, youtube, settings, battery, flashlight, accessibility mode? and then just get stuck there.Second day, new day, let's try again. Surely this thing must work, people have posted images on Amazon reviews! I'm not a stupid person, I can do this.First dive, I think I'm going to be clever and use a camera app that allows me to "turn off" the screen after opening the camera. I do this. I descend. I look at the phone, it's shutting down. Somehow the pressure made it push the power button? Cool.Second dive, I have an idea. I'm going to just start the video and then take continuous video. I can edit out stills later. This is my only artifact from my trip, a 2 1/2 minute video of myself and my dive buddy getting our gear situated and dropping off the boat - a second on the surface and then ... cut. It's over. Same as day 1, it cycles through opening and bunch of apps and won't respond to my touch at all.I give up. My next 6 dives I didn't bother tethering this thing to my arm (oh by the way, the cord doesn't attach to the body without a third (not included) object -- I used a key ring.) and freed myself of the stress. I had a much better time without this piece of useless plastic attached to my arm.Of course I tossed the packaging before I left so I can't return it. It's in my memory box now, just another souvenir!

The media could not be loaded.  Hands down, my best purchase of the year! I love this case! I bought it for my extended stay in Mexico. I spent days reading reviews, both good & bad, for a lot of different dive cases, and finally settled on this one. It’s a bit pricier, than others, but I was specifically looking for a GREAT quality, durable, underwater case, because if it were to break or start to leak half way through the trip.. there’s not really a convenient way to Amazon things to Mexico. It has lasted the entire trip, still in PERFECT condition, haven’t had a single leak, and I have gotten some seriously incredible photos & videos. I’ve jumped off cliffs with this thing, and wasn’t even slightly worried about my phone because of how great this case has been my entire trip. The button works perfectly, the touch screen isn’t really usable underwater but works fine other than that. You do have to turn on assistive touch to be able to shut your phone screen off with the case on. But I’m a huge fan of this case, I HIGHLY recommend.

I loved it, it works perfect with the bottom, just make sure to clean it good before use.

Product did not fit well on the IPhone 12 Pro Max and touch screen did not work with the case on.

Does not fit the iPhone 12 Pro Max very well. Inserting and removing the phone left it with small scratches as the plastic that holds it in place inside is hard and the phone’s sides are easily scratchable. The fact that the key you need to open the device is not attached to it makes it somewhat inconvenient.

This works great to take photos but the touch screen is a little difficult to use.
