Size is small but they work and does the job. Very light weight.

I ordered these to soothe a shon splint I've been dealing with from increased training. I loved the fact it came with straps so I wouldn't have to worry about the ice pack moving around. These packs are cold enough to soothe the sore location but not cold enough to give that cool burn sensation. The straps work wonderfully. Now the size is shorter than anticipated so only half of my shin gets covered but since the pain is confined to one location it's not too big of an issue for you. For those worried about covering the whole shine: size up. I'm 5'04" and ordered the smaller size for reference.

Great product after long run, it helps me to reduce the shin splint pain. Holds the cold well, for about 2 hours. Fits perfect and adjustable to any leg size.

Stays in place and works wonders on calves after running

They are perfect for my needs, I have nerve damage in both of my legs after a long day at work (USPS) they just burn really bad. The size it perfect for my shins, they do not leak and they stay cold for a long time.

It works but when it’s frozen it wasn’t very easy to fit in leg and was stiff.

Brought these for my 16 year son. He had reoccurring shin splints during track season. He said these helped him so much with pain and recovery. He wore them after every practice and track meet. Really good buy!
