AvanaSuper Slant Bed Wedge Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Tencel Cover, Queen

I have been trying to configure bed pillows in order elevate my upper body during sleep for a long time. I have severe acid re-flux and sleep apnea. The problem I ran into was being able to find a solution that would remain still and constant during the night but that wasn't too much of an angle. Most of the other wedges I could find were to "tall" for side sleeping.This pillow meets all my needs... The queen size fits my bed perfectly and all I need now is a pillow for my head. No more waking up in the middle of the night to "put my bed/pillows back together", the wedge remains in place even when rolling from side to side. Side sleeping is very comfortable, with no extraneous pressure on the shoulders or neck. The cover is both soft and durable (so far).This pillow was in my "save for later" cart for many months before I decided to spend the money. While it is a lot of money to spend on a pillow... I wish I had treated myself months ago as I think it will prove to be an excellent investment in sleep!

I seems like a good product. I've been using it every night for over a month. There is an improvement in my sinuses, and I have less acid reflux. A minor complaint is that as the night progresses, i slide a bit toward the foot of the bed.

Best purchase of this year!! I love this on my queen size bed. The smaller individual size was just not working for me. This stays all night long without moving around. I sleep better and longer and my CPAP numbers are lower.In reading other reviews, mention is made of “no pillowcase”. I agree; however, Instead of a traditional type of pillow case, it would be nice to have a cotton cover which goes on like a fitted sheet or a shower cap design. Easy on easy off when dealing with the larger size. If you ever provide a cover, please let me know. I would purchase in a heart beat. I took the recommendation of another review and am using an extra queen sheet, but it is a challenge and time-consuming to put on. Wonderful product :)

My GI recommended sleeping on a wedge. I tried this one. The results were that either I curled up on the bottom of the bed, ignoring the area covered by the wedge, or I slept on it properly and woke with excruciating back pain.My husband found it comfortable.We will try incorporating a bed board and creating a complete slant...

The bed wedge I had been using was small, cheap and worn out. I was only using half my available bed space, and the pillow was bunching up. This new wedge is big enough, provides good support, and doesn't shift during use. I unrolled it from the shrink wrap, left it for a few hours, and put it on the bed that night. Very pleased with this purchase.

Works great for our queen bed. No more husband snoring. Comfort .

We purchased this for my mother-in-law who's nurses recommend that she sleep with her head raised a bit due to medical conditions. While the wedge is nice and good quality materials, she is sliding down the wedge and it's not working as we'd hoped. It could be an adjustment period, etc.

This has been a huge success for us. Sleeping better, which is a very good thing. Comfortable, attractive, stays put on the bed. I got extra depth fitted sheets, and keep the bed wedge under the fitted sheet. The cover is removable and washable, but I prefer to cover it anyway. I will say it has taken a little getting used to, but that is not totally the bed wedge. The headboard of our bed has been elevated for years, and we lowered the bed / mattress height, set bed frame flat on floor and added bed wedge all at one time. The bed wedge is super comfortable. If you need the elevation, this is an easy way to achieve. I will say it costs more than a stack of 2 x 4s on the floor under the head board, but is a lot easier on the frame of the bed.

It does its job, but back is not necessarily most comfortable.The bedding cover is a good quality, i am not sure about inside - it looks like a cheap foam.

Very comfortable, well made, no complaints

I keep sliding during the night which gives me neck and shoulder pain. I am having difficulty repacking the mattress so it can fit in its original box to return it. Customers shouldn’t have so much difficulties returning a pricey item when it doesn’t work for them and it was sold as returnable.

Expensive for what it is, but I am getting used to it. The positive is that I am no longer waking up with shoulder pain in the morning.
