Great beans! I really like the variety of beans in this bag. It's great to have a colorful mixture in one place, rather than have to buy several pound of beans to mix up. Buy this and some soup base/bullion and you can easily put together a pot of hearty healthy soup -- you can also do what I do and use less water and make a fab bean stew. Serve with plain yogurt on top and fresh rustic bread!

This is great. It forms a good base and you can add other things to tweak it to your taste. I really don’t like to cook but I do like soup and I’ve been making this a lot for cold winter days. Very easy and makes a good quantity.

These are sooooo good! I added some seasoning and sausage and it made the best bean soup.

Soaking overnight saves time and water and makes thorough cooking easier

I like the ease of preparation! You can use more broth or liquid for a soup or less and have a stew. The last 10 minutes of cooking I added a variety of vegetables. Great for vegetarians or add meat for hearty eaters. Thanks for a great product, Bob’s Redmill!

I am not a fan of beans but add some ground turkey or hamburger and a can of diced tomatoes!! Yum!!
