I love collagen powder as it is so very easy to incorporate into my daily life, it can simply be added to any drink or liquid type food, simples. I find that my nails are so much strong when taking it, I can get them to a nice long length and they don't break easily; without it they are wafer thin. This only quibble I have with this one is that it does seem a little on the pricey side, but hopefully that means it's better than alternative brands. I use half a scoop (plastic scoop included in tub) most days in a blueberry and banana smoothie, or banana oat milk shake. It feels like a treat but I know it’s doing me good. You cannot smell it much (very slight smell of maybe dry rice) and you can’t taste it at all. No fishy taste!I have always had very thin papery nails that peel easily- starting on this collagen has definitely improved them- I can grow them a bit longer and they look more shiny and strong. Also the tips are whiter. I’m also trying to heal my gut and improve my IBS and painful bladder condition , so I’m hoping this will help over time. My bladder has calmed lately but not sure why as I’m doing several things to heal it.Collagen is a great supplement with several benefits, including apparently your skin looking as young as possible, and if you want to regularly take a good quality one, I would recommend this.
