ECOSPA Universal Slim Concealed 3L/6L Insulated Cistern for a Wall-Hung WC or Back to Floor Toilet, Includes a Modern Chrome Dual Eco Flush Plate with Square Integrated Buttons

This was the only cistern that would fit inside a 120mm wall cavity that was available anywhere during covid, so I couldn't find a more well known make with any delivery within a month and I needed the room finished. Initially it looked OK, but there is no access from inside the access panel to change the top mounted DCW connection valve without breaking the wall. the cistern fill valve obviously didn't look like it would be quiet filling, and it's definately not but it seemed to seal OK initially. After a year however the valve is leaking through the body outside the cistern (inside the wall) and internally into the cistern. We have soft water so it's not because of scale. The supplied finned flush internal connector is poor also, it is a very loose fit into my pan or onto the pipe so it doesnt expand to seal properly and is too flimsy so the fins don't seal properly. This was replaced with a better coned seal. I will need to replace the whole cistern when time allows as but I need to break the wall to get it out so am not looking forward to that, but I can't have it leaking inside the wall.
