Redoing the bathroom as I write this. Only 1 bath in the house so have to do the remodel in sections. I've been a contractor for nearly 30years. Recently installed a similar name brand fixture from a umbing supply house that cost $1500. This KES unit stands up to the name brand if not exceeds.1st: I read the reviews and the complaints, saw that some of the fitting on the fixture may be smaller than typical fittings. What I did to make sure this didn't happen was I put pipe dope on first than a layer of teflon tape.2nd: I read the directions. They are limited, but looking at the diagram they show exactly how all the measurements for the placement should be laid out and installed.3rd: I pressure tested the valve first woth caps. Then I proceeded to pipe the fixtures then pressure tested each on at the rough in stage. Then, pressure tested the whole system before I closed in the walls.The unit looks really sharp, it's been in for a week. No water hammer issues as I've read about. I prob wouldnt put this in a 2nd bath on a 2nd floor for thay reason. Better safe than sorry there. However, I am extremely impressed by how the unit was packaged. The one downfall was that the male fittings are on on the fixtures and they will spin if you overnighter. Same thing as the valve, pipe dope, Teflon and hand tight. The box for the valve for rough in is a nice touch however if anything does go wrong with the valve there's no way to fix it from behind the tile and the box has to be ripped out. Really like the look, pressure, and feel of this set up.

It’s very nice and easy to install, the waterfall looks very different For my bathtub. The water pressure is definitely there! The handle looks like a phone but it works great to wash off any soap you couldn’t get off with the shower head! The style and the look is so modern and stylish. I got brushed nickel and it made my bathroom look so nice! I also live in a old house and this was perfect to make it look more modern since I remodeled the bathroom! Overall great product great price would definitely recommendUpdate/Edit: It’s been more that a year now, clean the top of the shower head ! It tends to get dusty ! Still love the phone rinser it’s wonderfullll ! Love the water fall faucet it’s so nice and relaxing! AND TURN THE PHONE THINGY TOWARS THE WALL OR YOU WILL GET SPRAYED IN THE FACE WITH COLD WATER IF YOU HAVE IT ON THAT SETTING ! it happened to my poor mom 😔😭

Installed this fixture set about 18 months ago while doing a major bathroom renovation. Installation was as expected without any difficulties. Very happy with the appearance, However, recently the finish started flaking off on the hose for the hand held spray nozzle. All of the other components appear to be holding up well. Since this was out of the warranty period I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon. They responded quickly and did a good job of resolving my issue. In spite of the issue I would recommend the product based on the support. Nice to see a company stand behind their product.

The valve caused a HUGE water leak. When the plumber opened the wall to try and find where the leak was coming from he said right away “oh an Amazon valve…” Save yourself a lot of money. Just buy the name brand from the start. Also, the black paint on the wand arm is chipping of all over. Just all around a terrible set that has caused us numerous headaches and alot of money.

I feel like this is really high quality especially for the money and when compared to the major brands which aren't nearly as stylish. Only issue was lack of detail on some of the setbacks in the instructions led to me having to get some additional fittings. Used lots of teflon tape and thread sealant and had no leak issues at all. Also had to buy a separate chrome trim piece to go between the tub spout and the wall - it came with one for the shower and the handle and with the trickiness of getting the depth just right for the spout fittings I had a gap - relatively easy fix though. UPDATE AFTER ONE YEAR - main issue is the pressure is not good on this fixture. Other fixtures in the house don't have this issue - water barely pours out of the tub spout and I believe it's due to the blockage inside the main unit - look inside the connection holes and you'll see theres a lot of blockage from poor casting - so your 1/2" water feed turns into about 1/4" which restricts your water supply. Problem is I can't find any other brands that offer a setup like this without the wand connecting into the shower which I don't like without spending north of $1G.

A few months back, my contractor updated my bathroom and I chose these fixtures. In the plus side, they look fantastic in the satin finish and are versatile. The only issue is that the shower head water pressure is limited, due to the overhead 10” extension.

I bought the brushed nickel shower and it was easy to install. The shower arm was leaking immediately after install, I contacted customer service who were exceptional. I sent a video of the problem and they sent me a replacement arm which was installed with no leaking. Great product and even greater customer service. Will definitely recommend KES products.

Easy to install nice setup

The media could not be loaded.  I was hesitant about ordering this shower controls because of the amount of negative reviews about fittings leaking and the difficult installation due to the accessories being male fittings. I have installed controls with male fittings before and knew I had to leave the female fitting coming from the wall flush with the face of the tile to work properly (see pic) Once you figure the finish tile surface installing the shower control rough in is just as any other. After that my only concern were the reviews about faulty accessories leaking from the factory side. Fortunately I had none of that.Installation of the finishes was quick and easy, no leaks.

Overall looks wonderful, and it is functional. The hose attachment began leaking about 6 months in. It seemed to get twisted and tightening would fix the problem. However a year after we got it and began using it, it fully leaks to the point of needing replacement. Not sure if the washer is the issue, or something else, but we basically just bought a different hose piece to replace as that seemed easier. The square rain shower is great, but the water pressure and temperature aren’t as expected. The pressure is low, and the temperature is not as hot as when using the hose attachment/spout. Not sure why, but not a deal breaker for us. One negative thing is that the square shower head is a big pain to clean. We live in an area with very hard water, so the little nozzles where water comes out of get extremely clogged even with a weekly clean. The best method would be to soak it to help loosen the build up, but finding something to fit the whole thing is problematic. I even tried taking it off to clean, but that was also a pain, as it would mean disassembling.I would recommend this for the look, and if you don’t have hard water. I do love it though, so will continue to deal with the cleaning etc because I don’t feel like replacing the whole system a year after we put it into our renovated bathroom.
