I really wanted this to work as a cute idea to do with my toddler. We had the fun of planting but nothing ever grew. There was no holes at the bottom of the tray to let any water out. It needs something to let the water out. Needless to say everything drown and nothing grew.

Got multiple sprouts of both marigold and tomato within a week. They grew WAY faster than I thought they would. Hopefully I can grow them to full size but the kit really does give you a perfect start. Gonna buy more varieties once I get paid!

The container is very nice and of good quality. The soil is effective...it's been a month since I planted it and the seeds grew beautifully. However, the description said I was getting basil, cilantro and chives and I got basil, cilantro and PAPAYA (according to an app I used to identify the leaves of the plant). I was really looking forward to chives.

I needed a small item for a gift exchange. This was a great option for a group when I didn’t know everyone’s likes. Just in time for spring.

I started my indoor planting with the seeds provided. After about two weeks, some small spigots are showing. I'm having fun.

Only 2 seeds sprouted.
