Great Customer Service
The chair itself is ADORABLE!! It is exactly what we were looking for a computer chair for my daughter's loft bed with a desk. Her room is all fuzzy so the chair fits perfectly! It was super easy to put together. I was able to do it in 5 minutes. However, the most incredible thing is the customer service!! When we received the box it was damaged and the leg/pole part that connects the chair seat to the feet/wheels part was missing. I contacted customer service and Emily was quick to respond. She said she would contact the warehouse to see if they had the piece and if not would ship a whole new chair. Within 24 hours she had a tracking number for the missing part. I was so happy that they sent just the missing part and not a whole new chair because I had no idea what I would do with an extra chair seat and feet/wheels, but no matter what I got Emily made sure I was happy and able to finish building the chair! I can't say enough on the EXCELLENT Customer Service and Emily's helpfulness!! Thank you so much!

Sadly I had to send this back, didn't work in my space but its a beautiful chair. The seller promptly refunded once I sent the tracking number. Would buy from this seller again.
