Seems to be a pretty good deal. Tastes pretty good. Mixes fine, though some clumps a little just have to rinse the glass to get every last bit. After a few nightly doses I noticed my bowels seemed to be effected. But I took about 2 scoops instead of the recommended 1. A little bit of tummy gurgling before bed. Not too bad and probably a good thing really as i could use a boost to regulate my bowels. Seemed to sleep better and more easily as well. Can't say for sure if it helped my mood but didn't seem to hurt it either. Hard to tell but I think there was a demonstrable increase in calmness. Mostly I wanted the magnesium for bowel health, better sleep, and to help with muscle cramps and spasms. I think I may have less of those now with the help of biotix' magnesium, but I suspect that is something that will take more time to help with. I do hard labor and sweat a lot from work and play so could use the electrolytes. I think an electrolyte imbalance is a cause of muscle cramps and spasms and so I am hoping a more regular intake of magnesium supplement will benefit me. So far, about half a bottle in, it has seemed to, and with continuing supplementation I am hoping it will help more pronouncedly. Many supplements take a little time, like a week or 2, before really noticeable benefits. With the Biotix magnesium complex I immediately noticed benefits, particularly more restful sleep, pretty much right away, and after a few days, better bowels and possibly a reduction in muscle cramps and spasms. Thinking a few more weeks of it will help even more with that.

My husband and I really like the taste. If we add more water than the suggested it’s perfect and taste like lemonade. I’ve been drinking it and sleeping fine, but he has been waking up all throughout the night. Not sure if it is the product or his stress level. We’ve been drinking it a little earlier in the day to see if that helps at all.

Amazingly tasty peach flavored powder! I’ve been taking several brands of magnesium over the last year for muscle and GI health. Recently I did some reading about forms for migraines so I purchased this which is a mix of formulations. It is pretty delicious, mixes easily with water and I haven’t had muscle leg cramps at night since using it. It has only been 3 days but so far so good! Highly recommend and I will be buying more.

I purchased this 2 months ago and noticed a difference in my ability to fall asleep almost immediately. The taste took some time getting used to but I now enjoy it and my brain connects it to relaxation. I stay asleep throughout the night and do NOT wake up feeling foggy or tired. My days are way more productive if I take this the night before. I recently ran out and had to use a different magnesium supplement from the store until my new shipment arrived. I noticed a huge difference in the quality compared to this. I decided to sign up for auto-ship so that I am never without. This brand has every type of magnesium you need, it is also reasonably priced considering you get a 60-day supply for under $40. It tastes just like lemonade, no after taste or weird texture at all!! It’s literally lemonade, I drink with my dinner and it’s helping me so much with sleep and brain fog. I’ll definitely keep it buying this one!

Delicious flavor but not a fan of silica dioxide. I understand it's for non clumping but I don't want to ingest it if I don't have to. Also, this brand is not certified at all. I would feel more comfortable if it was NSF or USP certified.
