My Electrolux make microwave selector switch was not working. Replaced the encoder with this. Works perfectly well.

Purchased for to my Behringer sound mixer fx control. When we turn the knob it showin the changes in digital meter but when we press the knob to select the required parameter we need, then it doesn't select with the press. So there is no use the delay /fx is on the same number what I selected before the old knob removed. can't make any changes.
