I wanted something different in this kitchen other than pot lights as the ceiling was so high and the light was so dim. It was always a pain to change the bulbs and these did the trick! They're modern and attractive and I like the little openings around the top which exposes the bulb and allows a bit of light on the ceiling.I used a $14.00 conversion kit made by Westinghouse and sold by Amazon as the base of these are too small to cover the recessed light fixture and it worked very well. It looks like its part of the fixture. These fixtures totally modernized this kitchen and gave it a complete different look while providing more useful light.I compared a lot of similar fixtures and found these to be very reasonably priced and fairly sturdy with no hardware missing. YAY! They came packed in some funky but good nylon bag. Definitely frustration free packaging. I would definitely buy them again.

We have not install this yet but it appears to be solid & well made. It is quite small and cutesy which is the look we wanted for our tiny "munchkin powder room". Will post more once it is installed -- if I can remember!Update: 1-5-18: Light now installed. Looks & works great in our "munchkin powder room". Wish we had bought these for the two similar lights we paid over $100 for each that went in over our center isle. These look just as good or better at a fraction of the cost. Upped my review from 4 to 5 star. Still have to stand the test of time...

Cool light, farmhouse style. Easy to install and adjust pendant length. Comes with a terminal strip which is nice. Ships in a bag for packaging. Thoiggt for sure it would be smashed when I opened it, but it was all good.

Quality seems to be pretty good. Packaging is a bit questionable as the entire light fixture came in a bag, not a box (the bag was shipped in an Amazon box). All the parts were well wrapped though. Do not expect any help assembling the fixture. There is not a single piece of instruction. Not very hard to figure out for anyone who can install the light. Be carefull when installing/removing a bulb. The interior bulb socket will spin free of the socket holder. Will need some adhesive to prevent this problem and allow you to remove the bulb.

Would like to see it with a longer wire. Want to use it as a swag with online switch.

Is a little smaller than anticipated. The vintage style bulb did not give off enough light because the shade is small.

For $26, this is a very nice hanging light

I think could have arrived in a box vs a bag but easy to install & I love that the light also shines on the ceiling for extra lighting. Very simple & clean looking!

I must confess, I didn't read the description properly and thought I was buying a plug-in pendant lamp. When this one arrived, that is meant to be hardwired to your existing socket, I was pretty mad at myself. Fortunately my husband is clever and handy and was able to splice it into the plug-in lamp that we already had. Despite all of this, I do love the look of this lamp. For the price, I was a bit skeptical about the quality, but I was pleasantly surprised at its structure, durability and style. The hardware itself is quite stunning, with details like brushed steel style bolts etc. All in all, it looks like something you could easily pay at least three times the price for in a lighting store. Very happy with this lamp.

Vraiment une belle qualité pour le prix ..mais le cap pour mettre au plafon est trop petit pour cache le troup au plafond ..j'ai du m'en rachete un ..si tu est patanteux un peut sa ce fabrique ..ma couter 6.50$ ce cap au rona . Je donne tout de meme 3 etoile sa aurai ete 5 si ce cap aurai fait la job ..je regrette pas dutout me revien a moin de 30$ poser

J’ai reçu cette jolie lampe en quelque jours seulement. Ma conjointe la trouve aussi bien belle.Je l’ai reçu bien enveloppé dans un beau sac de nylon bleu, le tout emballée dans une boîte pour la protéger.Reçu en très bon état.Je suis super content de cet achat, et très satisfait.Merci,Stéphane

This light fixture looks exactly as shown and the quality seems excellent! I like that the wire it hangs from came long, but you can adjust it as short as you need to. I can’t comment on the installation part as I was not the one that installed it. However, I didn’t not hear any complaints and it seemed to go up quickly! So that’s a good sign. I would recommend this light fixture to a friend and I would definitely buy one again for a future project/renovation.

Product looks nice easy and easy to install however the materials were very flimsy and just cheap. Makes me wonder if it is even CSA approved for use in Canada.Lower price however you are giving up some quality.C G Smith
