Nice solid case for the Samsung galaxy s4. I bought this case with the expectation that the power and volume buttons would be difficult to press, based on what I read on other user reviews, however I have not had any difficulty with any of these buttons. I believe this issue that others have experienced may either have been due to quality control issues or may have been due to user error in not having the case fitted on properly.I have had a similar experience like this with certain otter box cases where I did not have the rubber outer casing lined up around the hard shell and could not get a response from my volume controls. I adjusted it made sure the case was closed well and fitted the outer casing on again, insuring everything was in its proper nook and cranny and all buttons worked fine. I say all that to say, yes it's a stiff case, but if you double check how you put the case on and make sure everything is snapped into place, you may resolve the button issue. I barely have to touch the power/volume and they respond normal. The case has a slightly raised edge on the front, but it is very slim, so I'd recommend getting a screen protector just to be on the safe side.If you use a popsocket, it doesn't stay on as well because if the indention in the middle. The case does not seem to interfere with calls either.

I was looking everywhere for a cheap cell phone cover, and this was a good price. I have a galaxy s4. It is a sturdy case; I have dropped my phone numerous times, and I have not seen any damage. The camera works fine with this on; the ports are accessible as well. The opening for the charge port stays open. You have to bend it every time you plug it in, so the flap just stays down. It's not a huge deal for me. As others have said, the power button is a bit hard to push with this cover. It can be annoying, but I have a button on the front of my phone that turns my phone on, so I use that. The only disappointment really was the color. The pictures makes it seem more pink than what it is. When I got it, I was sad it was not really pink. It was more bronze or gold with hints of pink. I eventually got used to it and am not upset by it. I just thought I'd mention the color issue in case you really wanted a pink case.

Very good case, looks just like pictured. 2 part case with TPU that is the bendy stretchy stuff, then a hard plastic clips on over it for looks mostly. As some comments say it is very easy to be holding the side of the phone where you press volume up to be able to press power, pressing volume instead. So you have to adjust to where you hold the phone and press power, or just set the screen to turn off after 1 minute or so and use the home button to power it up. It's no big deal for me, I got used to it after a day. If you want you can simply cut the button areas out as I did on a different phone's case that I have that is also TPU. It may not make it look as pretty but then you can press the actual buttons instead, and the case should still work just fine.I got the black case and just the looks of it reminds me of the old windows 95 game by cavedog Total Annihilation. Best game ever.

This is a solidly constructed case at a very reasonable price. The case fits my Galaxy S4 very snuggly, giving it a much more rugged feeling and heft. It does not appreciably increase the width of the phone, so it is still easy to hold and use. The power and volume covers work fine, though you do need to make sure you are squarely on the button when pressing it.Were I to have any complaint, it would be that the dust cover for the recharging port is a little stiff and that might be a challenge. The dust cover for the headphone jack is a little more flexible, so that's reasonable. But since I do plug my phone in the car to use Waze, it means I have to fumble a little longer. But as complaints go, that is a relative inconvenience for an otherwise solid case.

One piece shell. Sturdy hard rubber material. Covers for power and sound outlets fit very well and, they don't just cover the outlets they actually fit into the outlets providing a double seal. The case is strong and fits snuggly to my Galaxy S4 phone. The edges tightly hug the screenand produce a good clean appearance. The corners are substantial and should well protect the phone if dropped. The back of the shell has a raised area and has small protrusions one at each corner to keep the phone from getting wet when set on a wet service. This also makes picking up the phone easier. I like this product a lot.

I haven't used a hard cover like this for a while. I was using the one that flipped over. I don't know why now that I took a chance on this. For the price it is solid, I don't worry about my phone falling. And I don't know what the other reviews are talking about on the buttons. The power and volume buttons are positioned perfectly. I popped off the bottom piece for the charger, it was easy and unnoticeable. I may buy a backup one in case something happens like a year from now. lol

My cel S4 Samsung from 2013, is now very well protected ! It also looks like new..but the main issue is that now I can leave it anywhere around the house, and if my kids take it to see online videos and drop it, nothing will happen to it!!The screen protector will never break anymore, and the buttons, vol and pug ports are now well covered and protected.Good value cel cover, !! mine is red, it looks so fashionable !! now in 2020.

The case is rugged and I like bumpers on all four corners and the back side texture is good. Buttons are all works. I took one star off because the cover of power part doesn't close. I tried it many times, but it's opened in a few minutes. The one of reviewer said just cut it off and I agree with him. it but that cover means dust proof, I want to improve it.
