I choose this brand because its clean. I really enjoy the taste of the pink lemonade. It dissolves quick. I have been taking for 3 months and I'm definitely nothing the result. I recover faster and have more muscles growth. I would definitely recommend this product if your searching for a good creatine.

Great product with impressive results if you're consistently pushing your body to new limits with your workout. Obvious muscle building benefits overnight, and treatment for DOMS kicks in quickly. Definitely repurchasing. Tastes great, too!

Love This product! Great taste and easy to get your creatine

This is the first and only creatine supplement I've used, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I originally ordered the fruit punch flavor and had major problems with solubility. I contacted Legion and they promptly offered to send me a new batch free of charge (they said they had changed their formula recently and I may have gotten an old batch). I chose to try the unflavored with the second batch. While it mixes a little bit better than the first batch, it still doesn't come anywhere near completely dissolving. I've tried mixing with 10-12 oz of warm (sometimes even hot) water. I stir vigorously for a minute, then let it sit for a while (sometimes even an hour or so) and stir periodically. I've also tried a shaker bottle with a wire ball. But there are always plenty of undissolved granules.It tastes fine and I don't even mind "chewing" my drink (especially at the bottom). But I'm a little concerned that I'm not getting the full dose since there is a decent amount of the powder left in my cup after the liquid is gone. I don't know if this is just the way creatine is, but the product could be improved if it could be made more soluble.Having said that, I have continued to take Recharge every day for a little over 2 weeks and I believe my arms and chest look slightly fuller. I am able to lift heavy 5 days a week and do cardio 4 days a week with little-to-no muscle soreness. I do like the product. Hopefully they will be able to improve it's solubility to the point that it fully dissolves.

On my 2nd tub. Honestly love the flavor. It took awhile to notice a difference. Although I don’t physically see a difference, I feel the difference in my performance with working out. I don’t get as tired as quickly prior to taking this. I’m able to last my HIIT workouts a lot longer without feeling fatigued. The powder is easy to mix and I would say it tastes better with iced water. It’s a bit pricey, but I value what supplements to put in my body, don’t go cheap.

Recharge is THE best post workout supplement I have ever had. I say this anytime I talk about Legion, but I have to stress especially with this product, that I am so appreciative of its minimal ingredients. I have a very sensitive gut, and Recharge (3 weeks in) has yet to give me any adverse effects. As with anything, you should take it as directed (as this was what the product was intended for).My biggest problem when it comes to working out is consistency. I will often get 3 days in, take my rest day, then another, then another, and then I haven't exercised for a week (or more). When I really started analyzing what was wrong it was that my recovery seemed quite slow. I did about a month of research and settled on Recharge. I would try it out and see if it helped.Happy to report that for the past 3 weeks (since using this thing), I have yet to lapse in my workouts. I take my rest days and recover, and I'm good the next day. I'm recovering faster and making bigger gains, and I don't feel like garbage.It should be noted that any supplement by itself cannot cure a poor diet or lifestyle. I eat well, use portion control, and try for 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Even with that, before weaving Recharge into my routines, I was not able to maintain my workout schedule. Now I can, and I'm building up from here. After literal years of getting on and off the horse, it feels so good to be able to maintain and step closer to my fitness goals.Stay strong.
