It comes with everything pictured and it’s reversible to a side where the kids can put the blocks and side flat to use as a table.

Q: Is this table compatible with Legos or Duplos?

The blocks that come with it are the same same size and make as the legos. I never tried it with Duplos.

Q: Can you play with legos on the table? The little ones and thw mega ones to?

Duplo work fine but I don't have regular small legos.
