When I installed this product, I had an issue with bottom nylon W-connector & upon calling customer service they sent replacement unit immediately, followed up with calls to ensure I was able to fit/retest, all good in the end. I believe customer service is superlative as we live in poor retailer world (after product is bought), so I rate this brand quality is better & customer service is superior.Install also is easier as I’m not a plumber but regular worker (different industry), but needs basics is how system works - else a bit learning needed (to replace existing one & connect new), Hope one will be able to make it in 2-4 hour’s time to fit it in…no need to call a plumber!

I ordered 5 of these for each bathroom sink. I started on the 1st one and the spigot was a little bent. I continued on and the connection from the valve to the spigot kept popping off its a quick connect. I turned off the cold water handle and it kept dripping. So the first one was a hugh fail. I sent it back to Amazon for an exchange and I the replacement the next day. Well great news the other 4 original went in with zero issues and works great and the replacement did as well. My wife loves these in The bathrooms. They seems to pretty good quality and look very nice. The packaging was ok could have been better. But over all we are happy with the items.

The drain was a little long for the elbow under my sink, but a quick Sawzall job and we were up and running. Haven’t had any leaking issues so I ordered two more for my back bathroom. My plumber commented how heavy each piece was. Seems like a great deal. I put a bucket under the sink the first night just in case there were any issues.

Going for a modern industrial design in our newly renovated house and this faucet was perfect! I love it so much that I'm planning on buying several more for a few other bathrooms in our house!

great product, hard to get spare/missing part, have to jump thro hoops to get even cheap parts. Love the faucet, how it works and looks is amazing.

What happened here? Happened within weeks. From chemicals when cleaning possibly. I hope it doesn't grow. They are gorgeous though.

We love this faucet. Bought it for new construction bathroom. Such an amazing price! The faucet feels heavy and high quality. It’s great that it has a long”neck” so you have room to wash your hands without touching the back of the sink. Came with all the necessary connections. (Not drain plumbing) installed very easily and quickly. Love that it came with matching pop up drain cover. We had an issue with the first faucet we ordered. They sent a new one quickly. Very responsive and helpful. Bought a shower faucet from them and loved it so much, and appreciated the customer service, that we went back to get the vanity faucet from them as well.

Love the way it looks, was relatively easy to install, especially for a beginner. However, the hot and cold water lines were unnecessarily long. Was trying to replace them but the diameter of the holes of the lines were much smaller than normal. I ended up having to loop them up and zip-tie them.

Don’t buy this. A hairline crack in the brass in both the drain and the hot water tap developed. Wrote the company and they didn’t care.
