They take awhile to assemble but the process is quite easy...and they are worth every minute of your time. These chairs are attractive, extremely comfortable, and quite sturdy. They look as if they will last a good long time, which is great because I could not be happier with this purchase.

These lounge chairs replaced some old, wooden ones that were falling apart. They arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. They’re lightweight, yet feel sturdy. Most of all, they are comfortable to sit on. We like them a lot and we purchased fitted covers to keep them clean and protected when not in use.

I bought this product to use by my pool. When it arrived the box did not contain any screws, washers, or wheels, nor assembly directions. I was going to return it immediately however someone from Purple Leaf reached out to me to correct the problem. He immediately shipped the missing parts via FedEx all the way from China and it only took a few days to arrive. The chairs were easy to assemble and are comfortable and seem very sturdy. 5 stars had it not been for the missing parts originally.

We bought these chairs for around our pool. They are a very nice size and we love the height! Easy to get into and out of them. The color is exactly as pictured. We were short a few parts(screw caps). I emailed the purple leaf team and was sent by fed ex the missing parts in three days! Love these chairs. We plan to order two more 😁

Update 4: After a year, this is what our chairs look like. These are not under any trees so we don’t know why they are discolored. We brought them into our garage over the winter months and they appear yellow. We tried cleaning with Dawn and water and even a pressure washer and they didn’t come clean. Not sure I recommend these anymore. Changing my rating to one star.Update 3:After numerous apologies and great communication via email from Purple Leaf, we have received the screw we needed for the chair. Although it was a bit bumpy at first to get them to send the screw, we are thrilled that they have gone above and beyond to fix the issues. Check and count those screws before you take everything out of the box! Find the screw bag first!Update 2:I got a small refund to cover buying a set of screws. Now another email has come apologizing for the difficulties and they will now send the screw (entire hardware bag). Will update on this process.Update 1:We contacted the company about the missing screw and were told to go buy one at the local hardware store. They promised a partial refund as they don’t have “ does not have scattered screws but a whole set screw bag”. The hardware store sells in sets of 10 for $10. Not happy about the customer support at this point and time. No refund has posted at this time.These arrive as two chairs and a table. Nice modern design, very lightweight- so this could be a problem with wind near pools. We ordered two sets, so 4 chairs. We were missing one screw! We emailed the company and will wait for response. In the mean time, we used an extra screw we had. The fabric is passes and nice. Bright color. Wheels roll, but only when you lift the feet a couple of inches, so you have to bend over to roll them around. This is different than the chairs we replaced. We could tilt them really high and maneuver them easier.Assembly wasn’t hard once you sort and arrange (and count your screws ahead of time! In fact, take the bags of screws out first to count them! It took two of us 20 mins for the first 2 chairs and table, the second set took 10 mins tops!We are pleased with how they look around our pool. We hope they will last!We will update with how they hold our over time.

I ordered a set of two chaise lounges with a small table, and one of the lounges was missing a few pieces of hardware to connect the wheels. I sent an email requesting the missing pieces, and the company was VERY responsive! I got a quick reply to my email message, and the parts arrived within a few days. The lounges are extremely comfortable and dry quickly, and even though the table doesn’t sit quite level (I might be able to adjust it; just haven’t had time to try!), even the table remained upright during several recent storms. Recommendations: (1) Have a power tool ready with the appropriate size hex bit when you build. It is extremely tiresome (and somewhat painful!) to use the tiny little hex tool by hand (only reason I gave 4 stars for "easy to assemble"). (2) Don’t tighten the screws all the way as you construct the lounges. I had to loosen several in order to make the crossbars fit and then re-tighten. Overall – definitely recommend so far! I am hoping the brown metal and beige fabric don’t fade too quickly in the sun.

Its the company behind the chairs that make Purple Leaf Chaise lounges so worth every penny. I inadvertently had a 2 pack of chaise lounges shipped without any of the hardware included. Between a mix up with Purple leaf direct as well as Amazon to get the matter fixed, I finally received the hardware plus 2 more lounges directly from Purple Leaf! They were more than helpful and hand walked me through the entire process from shipping in Cali to TN.A+ Purple Leaf! I will purchase more from you! BTW: the chaise lounges were perfect, comfortable, easy to put together and high end material & workmanship. Trust anything you get from there and if it's not right, They will make it right!

we ordered the Purple Leaf umbrella and was very pleased. We wanted matching outdoor lounge chairs to go with them. While the lounge chairs and sturdy and comfortable, they do not match the umbrella. Both say beige as a color however the chairs are more tan in color while the umbrella is more cream in color. You would think the same company would be consistent with the colors. Disappointing
