Works as advertised. I thought it would be uncomfortable but it was not. I used the 4 holed filter for now during intense cardio and I intend to work up slowly. It does force one to control one's breath rate.

This has been very useful for breath training while walking, jogging and cycling, and I've noticed a significant difference in my lung capacity

Does great at restricting your draw of breath, not so great for working out with doesn’t seal well enough to your face, but it’s good for just sitting there working on strengthening your lungs

This mask is great for boosting your training intensity. It made me feel like I couldn’t breathe after only one minute of running in it, so it definitely does the job! The only issue with it I had was the mask kept sliding down my nose and I had to keep pushing it up during my run.

Mask doesn’t fit perfectly well but found that if i make the neck strap tight as possible it will do the trick. This mask is absolutely insane and makes me want to quit when i do cardio on the medium setting (which is a good thing). Doing hard cardio on the hardest setting makes me want to pass out (which means it’s doing my job). Would recommend

I am able to complete more reps, and run longer using this mask. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to push their work out further.

I have been using an earlier version of this device for a few years now and I really like what it does(for me). The key is consistency. You must use it on a semi (or regular) basis. Also, I sound like Darth Vader when I’m out riding my bike while training for an event.

Overall: I am extremely disappointed with this training mask. The quality is poor, and the design flaws make it virtually unusable.
