Wonderful size.Love the storage beneath.Lightweight.Convenient instead of having to pull out stand mixer.Multiple speeds and beaters for all types of mixing.

Maybe…too powerful
Whewwww baby… if you had mixers before and felt they just wouldn’t go fast enough, you’ve found the answer to your problems! This thing is ridiculous 😭 it’s gotta have a car engine inside—it goes absolutely bananas. Still, it mixes. Just makes a mess and catches guest unawares, even when I warn them.

This is a great hand mixer
This is the best hand mixer I have ever had. It has super high speed and several attachments. It works as well as my stand mixer. I have never had a hand mixer that works as well.

Great Customer Service
I had a problem with a beater breaking and I Email the company to get a replacement. After Not understanding what my need was, I received a email from Mary. She was very helpful in getting a new beater set. The mixer works great. Love the way the beater are stored with the mixer. Because it was not a common brand I thought I would have to just buy a new one when the beater broke.

Poor quality.
Do not buy. Broken first use mixer blades came apart. Metal felt very light, I had my doubts how long it would last but didn't expect it would break the first time I used it.

Does not really have a slow speed
I don't think it's a bad mixer. The problem is that on the 1st setting, it spins very fast. It's hard not to slingthe mix that's in your bowl out on to the counter top. Almost useless.I was going to delete this post but I think it would be better if I edited it. This company reached out to me after my review and offered me a complete refund. That means they took the time to read my review and that they are dedicated to the best customer service they can provide. That really means a lot. I will be buying from them again!
