7 mile long run - and this helped push me to 7.20 miles EASY!- currently training for a marathon.- had my normal dinner the night before; and breakfast the morning of my 7 mi. Excellent source of energy and tastes really good. I used it during a race in Baker California during high winds at a 4 mile sprint. Usually these high intensity runs make it nearly impossible to eat anything. But I was able to get the honey down without choking. I won’t run without them now.

I like the flavor.Its is easy to peel while running so its easy to use. Definitely helped me keep going during my run. The ingredients didn't upset my stomach.But, some of the packets leaked so I'm out of 4 packets from the 12 that came in the box. I'm a bit disappointed.
