I needed a pulley so that I could rehab my shoulder at home in addition to my physical therapy after undergoing surgery for a completely torn bicep tendon and a completely torn rotator cuff. These work fine and were the most reasonably priced. They rope moves nicely thru the pulley and the pulley stays stuck in the door when it's being used. The stretching/ROM exercises I am doing with t feel God awful at the moment but with this contraption I can do the physical therapy exercises at home. All you need is a functioning door. Can't beat it for the price. Now maybe in a year I'll have my shoulder back.

I am using it for rehabbing a shoulder injury. It was easy to set up and use. Seems well made for the price.

I had one before and gave it away not knowing I'd need it for my other shoulder. It's sturdy, lightweight and works over any door. I can do all the stretches I do at physical therapy at home with this. It's great.
