Utterly useless please don’t waste your time or money.On paper it “seems” like a good idea however the design and functionality are useless.The sleeve which would fit between your legs is very large and sturdy - now I understand this is possibly necessary to the design however it is SO sturdy that you would not be able to wear this without anyone knowing.You wouldn’t be able to wear this with a pair of jeans unless you bought a size bigger in your waist it would still look like you have, to be blunt, elephantiasis of the testicles.Even with that all that aside there is no way this is functional. The instructions are basic enough but the design just doesn’t work. It’s attached to a jock strap type of garment which has straps similar to a sumo wrestlers garment. To get it to fit and also to stay in place would be impossible. The tube holding it down to a bag comes with no attachments. It wouldn’t fit in your sock which would be the logical idea.There is just nothing about this product which works. I would have returned it expect I didn’t feel comfortable as I had genuinely tried to use it but please don’t waste your money

The product looks good but it is incomplete. There is no tap, or stopper for the bag outflow connector - terrific hey!! So what good is this kit if you cannot stop the urine running through the bag and onto the floor? There is not one single word in English anywhere on the box or on the instructions - the whole lot is in Chinese. Look elsewhere for a complete product.

This item pinches the penis too often, depending how you sit. I’d prefer condom attachments rather than a reusable piece

Unfortunately when I tried using it it came off and ended up wet. Didn't get round to returning it for a refund so put in bin. Maybe I was wearing it right but the instructions I received wasn't helpful.. I you know how to use them, then it may be fine for you

There are no instructions in English only Chinese. Poorly made product which is not fit for purpose and Amazon then state when you want to return it that the item is one that cannot be returned - don't waste your money.
