Why did you pick this product vs others?:I'm a property manager who also does remodeling and I've bought similar ones from this company before and they've been terrific. This model looks very high end and modern and it's great to have a handheld. The only problem is if you're short, it's hard to reach the handheld because it hooks all the way at the top which can be a problem if the plumbing has been moved up a lot to accommodate tall people. Overall it's a nice product.

This a a really great shower head. I love that you can remove the water restrictor ring to increase water flow. It is easy to install. I only have one issue. I had to order a different arm to put the 14" portion where I wanted it. The problem is many of the standard fittings come out of the wall at a 120 degree angle. This makes it more difficult when the included arm does not bend. The arm I ordered was $30 and is 6" x 10" with a pivot at this junction. I ordered the 14" showerhead which borders on too big for a 3'x4' walk-in shower. The pivot is needed to put the shower head where you want it given the angles involved.

Took foreverrrr to come why I don’t but it was worth the wait no lie. So far so good! Only problem is the hose is high due to my shower mount being high. But assembling it was easy no leaks pressure is great from the shower head and hose. Just wow lol. Now my mom wants me to order her one!

I normally don't write reviews but I had to give this one its flowers. The build quality is really good, I was most impressed by the packaging. Everything was carefully packaged and protected from the shower head down to the nozzles. Every single tool required to put this together comes inside - all the way down to the tape and cloth! So thoughtful! Water pressure is good, looks amazing in my shower.

The media could not be loaded. Ok so I gave using this shower head some time before reviewing. OMG how did I live without this for so long?!?! It’s so good! Make sure to take the flow restriction out as directed in the instructions for the most pressure. This shows head feels like a day at the spa. The power and pressure is amazing and just right. It does come standard with water saving restrictors. It has 2 settings, rain head and wand. If I made one improvement, it would be that the wand have different settings. You don’t need it in a normal settings. I have an autistic child that loves showers. The wand is her favorite. The pressure is so strong I can’t sit it down in the tub without it moving around like a snake lol. Which this is great when using as intended. I attach it to our faucet protector and it stays in place and works great. She gets to play in it and it doesn’t get the whole bathroom wet. I looked for a new shower head for the girls bathroom for years. Stop putting it off. Get this one. You won’t regret it. In the video attached you can see the shower head I replaced with this one.
