It worked well

I purchased this hoping the pressure would keep the flow going and it did not disappoint. I was able to spray both vertical walls and a sloping wall and the material flowed well.

Did what I needed it to

Packages arrived on time and absolutely no damage. Probably the most important considerations: 1) If you think you have prepared well enough for this to be a smooth project, you will never have been so wrong. 2) Get an additional pack or two of nozzles. 3) Don't start with the 620. Even if you are trying to cover that amount of space, get smaller packs if it is your first time as the consequences of screwing something up are less dire if you have another pack to move two. Naturally you also probably wont get the hang of things until you are either almost done, or the tanks have all but run out.I was just using this to insulate and seal the sill in my 1500sqft basement. I had spent the prior week removing all of the old fiberglass insulation bits and cleaning up any dirt, stone or pest debris. I moved everything in my basement to the center, covered absolutely everything with plastic had four windows and a door open with fans to keep it ventilated while also cranking the heat to 85 to ensure it was warm enough for proper application. In addition to that I was running an infrared space heater that I would move along with the tanks to keep them warm. I had the tanks on a furniture dolly so I could easily wheel them around the perimeter of the basement. Multiple ladders set up throughout so I could move quickly. One of those stupid Lowes aprons with the pockets so I could quickly change nozzles if something happened. With all of this I still managed to only apply about half of the product properly. I blew through all of the very little number of fan nozzles you are provided before I was done about a third of the sill. The nozzles are very touchy. About halfway through when I felt like I was in the grove and the nozzle hadn't blocked or acted weird for a while I just barely bumped it on framing and it exploded of the gun. The tanks themselves were relatively fine though both leaked a very small amount from the valve when I first turned them on, which made me anxious and set the pace and tone for the entire event. What I found out towards the end of everything, and what made it so I was actually able to finish the final 1/4 of my basement with the last cone nozzle I had left was that material builds up on the tip of the nozzle, even at full spray, so having a bunch of rags on hand to wipe the tip off even in between sprays will probably save you at least a few nozzle mishaps. Keep a large box (as it is more wieldy than a trash bag, will also help a ton for two reasons. 1) in addition to wiping the nozzle frequently, pretty much every time I had to step away from the sill and off the ladder to move to the next area I would spray into the box for a second or two in order to keep the material in the nozzle fresh. Also, if so happens that you nozzle either pops itself off, you need to remove it because it has blocked, or you need to remove it to make sure both materials are still coming out of the hoses, having the box there to spray into will make a world of difference.Overall I am glad I spent $1k and did it myself vs the $2,500- $4,500 local contractors were charging. That said, obviously the job that I did would be sufficient for my purposes. Far from the best spray foam job. Though the product did what I needed it to, I will never put myself through that again.

Broken valve resulted in exploding all over our garage

The valve to open the system and set it up was broken. My husband tried to repair the valve and it spun off resulting in spray foam liquid exploding all over our garage. Reunited multiple pieces of equipment in our garage and were now out $800+. Waiting on our refund.

New GWP formula covers only 1/3 of regular formula

Used new GWP formula and compared to same brand (not GWP) used previously , less than half the coverage. How can this be better for the environment because now I have to order 2 more sets to finish small project. Three times the price, three times the hassle, three times the generated garbage including large metal one use containers.
