I'm sure these are for the roasting sticks. They appear to come in a black carrying bag. I honestly don't understand why these reviews are on here when the details about the product is for the roasting sticks. Although, those grilling pads are wonderful!

I don't know for sure. Maybe around 12 inches. They are packed away in RV which in in storage. Sorry.
