If I'm being honest, my daughters hair has driven me crazy for the past 18yrs of her life lol. I know she got frustrated with it as well and she just gave up. I decided when I seen these, I'd buy them for her and have them sent directly to her. She called me and she is absolutely in love with these products, they do exactly as needed and let me tell ya, this girls hair was a fuzz ball mess before. The smell is absolutely amazing as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Pacifica continues to impress me with their products! This shampoo and conditioner make my hair so soft. It also smells AMAZING! The scent lasts on my hair all day. Great product at a great price!

I’ve gone through a number of cruelty-free hair products and personal care products in general, and the shampoo and conditioner here are easily at the top.So many other products in this category try to veer all the way into using “natural ingredients” and other such misleading and superfluous claims that often leads into the product being all around worse. Several vegan shampoos have left my hair feeling coarse and dry. Most of the conditioners I’ve used leave behind a gross film that never seems to wash out.There’s nothing wrong with making a decent product the same way as everyone else and just… not testing on animals. That appears to be what Pacifica has done here. The shampoo works like every other decent shampoo; it lathers, it rinses out clean, it doesn’t horrifically dry out my hair.The conditioner needs a little extra water to really get around, but I have decently long hair and have always had issues with getting conditioner everywhere it needs to go, but it washes out remarkably easily and leaves my hair feeling silky smooth.Is it going to magically fix your damaged hair? No, no hair care product will actually do that. Biological chemistry doesn’t really work that way. However, if you want an above average product that wasn’t senselessly tested on animals, I have no better recommendation.I do have one complaint, and that’s that the cost is a little much for how little product you get. That’s not uncommon, especially in this category, but it’s worth mentioning. I also am not a fan of the conditioner being a toothpaste tube. It collects water under the cap during showering and will inevitably grow mold. It’s purely a cosmetic problem, but why do that with the conditioner when the shampoo is in a squeezable snap-top container?

The sell is more coconut than pineapple but still very nice and not overly strong. The shampoo bottle leaks all over even with just regular use in the shower but especially while in a suitcase.The conditioner I imagine would be great if you had naturally smooth or soft hair but if your hair is course at all it won’t give you soft after you rinse. It will be manageable but you’ll definitely need a leave in or a deep conditioner to use in addition.I won’t purchase again but I would recommend for someone with less course hair than I have!

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner, especially the shampoo. I have very fine hair and this makes it thicker and healthier. I can’t back that up with science, but it feels like it is at least. And I will definitely purchase again.

This is one time I wish there was a way to give zero stars.Maybe I’m the only one who has experience this because I haven’t seen any other reviews, talking about hair loss after using these products.I thoroughly look at reviews both on Amazon and Google before purchasing hair products.After the first use, I thought I was really going to like the Pacifica Began Collagen shampoo and conditioner set.Then, after the second wash, it started feeling like I was having a coating on my hair, like a residue of wax, but I tried not to focus on that because it was a new product and I knew that I needed to try it more times to be certain.By the third wash, I was losing CONSIDERABLY more hair in the shower and after combing out with a wide tooth comb, then I did before I started using this set.On the fourth wash, the hair fall was INSANE after washing.I used the leave hydration mask from the same brand and same vegan collagen line.My first impression was that my hair felt tangly and dry after using the leave in treatment, and I had to wash it out the next day.I was so concerned to use this shampoo and conditioner, again, that I went back to using my previous shampoo and conditioner, which is the Dove daily moisture set.After washing out the Pacifica vegan collagen leave-in conditioning mask, I still had a substantial amount of hair in my shower and after combing it out with a wide tooth comb.I’m really hoping that the effects of the Pacifica, vegan collagen shampoo + conditioner and the leave-in conditioner, correct itself the longer I go without using it.Because right now I am just DEVASTATED!I already have a chronic hair fall condition, as the result of an autoimmune illness, so I don’t need or want to use anything that makes the problem worse. 😭**Note: the 1st & 2nd photos are after the third use. Smells divine and works really well for curly hair

The shampoo and conditioner work on my curly hair, and they smell good, too. I’d recommend these to anyone wanting some products specific for their wavy to curly hair. The price is hard to beat, and they are more natural than most products!
