Q: Do they make anyother compatible backgrounds

I don’t think they do but you can go on Amazon and find some other ones and just cut it to fit the box

Q: Can i plug this light box into an outlet or it only has a usb adapter?

I use a portable USB powerbank.

Q: How do i get a replacement switch? Mine quit working. The Light it good but the switch don't work anymore

Mine died too. They have good customer service so you can contact them about it.

Q: I would need to hang glass sun catchers from the top hole using a smart rod. Would this be sturdy enough to hold 5lb when assembled?

It won’t hold 5 lbs. That’s too heavy.
