It works!

This item works wonderfully! I used it for 14 days and, indeed, the corn dried out and is gone! It was easy to apply, and for a price under $5.00 well worth trying out! I would highly recommend this product for its efficiency.

Works as advertised.

Softens callous after just two uses (and a few days wait) although, I will probably use up to four to get it baby soft. I did not experience any peeling as of two back to back applications. Only issue, the applicator sucks! It is a plain jane stick, It does not hold any product… you have to constantly dip it back in multiple times and apply on the same tiny area to get a full coat.

It worked... but horrible chemical smell

Update: I first thought this stuff was garbage because it didn't seem to work and the fumes are horrible. However, before totally giving up I decided to try soaking my feet in hot water in the tub for about 5 minutes, or so. I then treated the round callous and the flat callous again. To be honest, I dont remember if I treated a second tome, but about 3 days later I tried putting my shoes on and felt this weird lump in my sock. When I took my sock off and felt it, it was the round callous was pretty much detaching from my foot. I literally was able to just peel it all the way off, painlessly. So, yes this stuff works on those round corn-callouses. It still did nothing for my flat callous, so Im thinking that might be some medi al diabetic condition I have yet to have diagnosed. I chsnged my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I would give 5, but the smell is really bad. I put some on my flat callous again this morning and left. Came home almost 2 hours later and my room still reeks heavy of chemicals. Yuck.Original Review:I knew I shouldn't expect much for $5. And, of course, it proved that expectation correct. The only thing this stuff is gonna do is get you high. And I mean, make-you-nauseous-give-you-a-headache high. I don't know what this stuff is, but the odor is INSANELY chemically and strong. I have literally left the house after applying and an hour later returned and the whole house still REEKS of this stuff! I can't even imagine what that's doing to anyone using it and sitting in that odor for an hour, plus. Yikes!Additionally, I dont know WHAT these patches of skin are on the bottom of my foot, but I assumed them to be corns/callouses. One is a round lump of dead-like calloused skin near my heel and the other is about 1.5 inches "squared" on the palm/pad of my same foot. Its smooth and flat, unlike the other, but clearly feels like a thick layer of skin (that seems to have no feeling if i touch/scratch at it). In the past, untreated the thing one day just "flaked off" a thick layer, but then it just started growing back. As it grows back, I start to get nerve pain in that area from pressure. The skin itself has no feeling, but its like something under is hutting nerves... I really figured this is just some kind of callous... however, this product has done nothing. I only applied it 2x or 3x, so maybe I'm not putting it on often enough to get results, but with the SMELL, who CAN keep putting this stuff on....?? It seems so .. toxic.

Removes after several applications.

It does work great after several applications. The only thing is they come back so don’t get rid of the bottle.

Works with patience, smells horrible

This product works great! I had like four different rough spots with corn under my feet but after using it for a week and a half, my corn completely fell off! It also did take a while to heal back, but I have no corn anymore which feels amazing. However, try not to inhale the fumes too much. They made me so nauseous and almost feel a pain in my lungs and throat. The product works with patience, just hold your breath while applying. I also put on socks after applying and letting it dry for around 5-10 minutes. Don't put too much on one spot or it won't really dry.

Not as expensive as it seems...

Dr Scholl's works great. Doesn't work overnight, but with persistence, it does the job.I have tried various generic brands. They were a slightly different mix of chemicals, and half the price, but worked just as well. However, I usually had to trash the last half of the bottle because over time the liquid had gelled and was unusable. With Dr Scholl's, most—usually all—of the liquid stays thin until the bottle is empty. So, by my math, since the Dr S is generally twice the price, but I am able to use it all (as opposed to half of brand X), the cost is a draw.Another plus to the Dr Scholl's brand is the dropper. The shape is slightly different and works better at holding and applying a single drop of liquid. For my money, Dr Scholl is the go-to brand.
