Received this question bank book today..Came neatly packed and in good condition ..I had ordered this book in the hope that complete question papers of at least 5 years of HISTORY OPTIONAL for MAINS of UPSC will be given.. However it caters more to the UP PSC means Uttar Pradesh State Civil Services...So I am disappointed on that account.Secondly and MOST IMPORTANTLY answers are not provided..It is just a question bank.. That's it..When answers are also printed with questions,then you get a general idea of what all to write in a set word limit for a particular question.. However this way ,you just have the question with you..You still do not know the points that will go in that answer.For eg .for a question on Gandhis's opinion on Satya and Ahimsa,I can write 2 lines also,I can write a paragraph also,I can write an essay type answer also and I can write a research paper also ..But if UPSC asks a question on this in Mains and we have to write in only 150 or 200 words,then what are the points we must give?? What is the bare minimum we must provide in our answers??????? THIS BOOK DOES NOT HELP ON THAT SCORE..Still I would say it will be handy for those preparing for state civil services.Thirdly they have mentioned the year of that question just by printing the year for eg..Paper 1 -2017 or Paper 2 -2012....But this Paper 1 or Paper 2 is of UPSC or UPPSC???? ...that is not mentioned...So for a student of UPSC only,it does not help much.But I will say,it does not cost so much so one can buy as a helper and keep.. If doing group study,then only one of you should buy and share..No need for each one in the group to have this.

Nice bookPyq year wise na krke,Chapter wise kiya hai jo mujhe jyada sahi lga.Esse kisi bhi topic ko padhne se phle,ek bar me hi us chapter me jakar phle kitne questions aaye us topic se aasani se mil jata hai.

It's a good question bank but i have to return it because of missing pages.Atleast 3chapters are missing from the book
