My husband loves his stand, the controllers easily charge, and the lights are cool also. I would definitely purchase this set up if you own a PS5.

bought for my daughter as a gift bc her gaming stuff was always all over. It's now nicely stored together and it charges the remotes too. Slender build is convenient too.

My 14 yr old loves it. It has decent storage, charging docks that work. The lights are pretty cool. The fan works. My son had no issues setting it up. So far it has held up to teenage man handling lol. I would say that's a win!

I am overall very happy with this base/stand for my new PS5.(I got extremely lucky; I signed up with Sony to purchase a PS5 direct from them for the normal, non-scalped price in early April, and then received my notice email and purchase link just TWO DAYS after signing up! I'd expected to wait at least a few months, and my time coming up just two days later caught me completely off-guard... I even had to borrow money from my brother to buy it so soon! But it was absolutely worth it.)Anyway, this NexiGo base stand is very nice, looks great (just the other day my brother commented on "the strange alien device" now sitting in my room) and the fans should help to keep the console cool through the summer, as it gets extremely hot in my room. I also purchased the NexiGo triple fan attachment for the back of the console to provide all the extra airflow that I could get, and I havn't had any heat problems despite my room's temperature.The only (minor) complaint I have is that the lights don't have an Off switch. With all the different settings the lights have, which provide a nice variety of cool lighting options, one would think that a simple Off would be one of the options... but it isn't, and the lights are very bright at night in an otherwise dark room. However, as I said, this is a minor problem; I can simply unplug the stand at night while the console is also off and doesn't require the fans, and that shuts off the lights. This minor annoyance is the only reason i don't rate this 5 Stars, because this stand is wonderful.

When I bought this it worked well for about 1 year then charging issues started1. where the light indicator that supposed to tells you that the controller is charging isn't working .2. I will leave the controller to charge and when I remove it from the charging port hours after it hasn't been charging at all ..

Normally I'm not someone who takes a chance with console accessories from a 3rd party but I figured I'd give it a shot because I knew I was going to want something that provided the PS5 a sturdy stand since I needed to keep it vertical. I'm using the PS5 console/disc edition for this stand. The install was very easy. It did come with a screw however it is somewhat hidden. There is a bag that will hold the headset hanger. In this bag towards the corner there is a sealed pocket. This sealed pocket contains the screw you will need to connect the base to the PS5. The stand is nice and exceptionally sturdy. The black matches the midnight black song theme. The LEDs are beautiful and have a couple different settings. It does have a solid blue setting which is really aesthetic. The fan has three settings and can be turned off by cycling through the options. The LED strips (not the fan LEDs) can also be powered off if you don't want them by holding the LED button in the front. The controller charger LED does not turn off when the controller is fully charged and the controller can be kind of cumbersome to get on the charger. This is probably the only "con" that I have found for the product but it may just take some time to get it right the first try. I haven't been running insanely intensive games but I've run the PS5 for 8 hours with no heating issues. In fact the PS5 feels very cool to the touch. I've only had it for a little over a week but I'm loving it so far and would highly recommend it.
